Thanks to the people who reported an issue with the ZIP file for the “Our Winner” set in the archives. Looks like the ZIP file was corrupt.
I’ve re-zipped and re-uploaded and I can now read the file OK – let me know if you have any problems. I guess bit rot is genuinely a thing – that file is 15+ years old and has been multiply copied through many server moves and at some point wasn’t copied correctly or got zapped by a passing cosmic ray through the hard drive or something.
